About Coach Gigi

Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council of Strength & Fitness. Currently working on my Precision Nutrition certificate to further help my clients achieve their goals. Growing up as a gymnast and competitive cheerleader athleticism has always been a very important part of my life. Throughout my adult life I’ve practiced Yoga and Martial Arts, which is when I found the balance my body needed. This directed me into the career of personal training; making it my goal to help others find their perfect Balance. 

Currently my personal goal is to compete in Jiu Jitsu, remain strong and mobile, and pain free!

As a coach, I want to make a difference in others’ lives. In this industry, I feel I have found my true calling.
